Hello i am the proud director of JR Mortgage House. After 1000s of mortgages and hundreds of reviews and numerous awards under a previous name. I felt it was time to re brand and have my name in a big fat sign above the office door and here we are.
I have helped so many achieve their dream home, and I have loved the journey with my clients since joining the industry in 2022.
Now its time for my journey with my new brand name JR Mortgage House and I hope to make my amazing 3 children super proud of me. Everything I do is for them …. And their expensive hobbies or roblux vouchers. Working so hard during the week makes my weekends more enjoyable when I spend it with the family.
I have the same passion as I did when I first started doing mortgage if not even more. Working with client’s long term has been a real pleasure and I would like to thank them all for using me time and time again.
As a mortgage specialist I feel there isn’t anything I can’t do. From Bridging loans to the straightforward first-time buyers – not just getting the best deal but thinking outside the box and being creative has got me the reputation I have for finding solutions to problematic circumstances. I look forward to delivering the high standards and exceeding the expectations for the next 30 years to come.
Cant see you guys letting me retire before then 😂 so feel free to ask me to play a game of golf or for a beer until then.

Hello I am Clive Williams – I am very experiences having been in the industry for over 25 years.
I have loved working with so many clients over the years and there have been many from all parts of Wales.
Working for an estate agent as their in-house advisor for many years meant I got the privilege to secure so many first-time buyers into their first homes.
Being in this industry for so long also means I know all parts of the desk from myself to then estate agents and solicitors allows me to really help clients understand the process but speed things up with my long-term relationship amongst the agents in neath and port talbot a professional friendship working with them for many years.
In my spare time you will see my at the Cardiff City ground as a season ticker holder. Often traveling with my wife or being the entertainment for my grandchildren.

Hello I am Nia most will already know me from being the main contact for mortgage updates and answering the main line.
I have loved helping clients just as much as the mortgage advisors themselves as I have not long secured my first home and I was super excited, so I now get to be excited for other first-time buyers or home movers and getting that mortgage offered then to completion. Having been here nearly 5 years now I feel I know the industry well and my knowledge of mortgages working closely with both James and Clive has helped me be able to speak with all the banks for regular updates and case requirements with ease, and then speak clients directly and push cases to go to offer in very fast timescales.

I love spending time with my partner and family we are all very close and weekends spent are wholesome and often baking something.
